Corporate Office Development
The inaugural real estate development of the Salcedo Group, delivered in 1994 according to group records. The Vivaldi Building was originally developed for Occidental Petroleum, which used the property as an Ecuadorian corporate office for approximately a decade.
The property subsequently served Ecuador’s national telecommunications company, CNT. This corporate office building marks the beginning of the group’s commercial real estate development history.
